Description

Located on the Costa Blanca, the home is set on a lot with unobstructed views of the Mediterranean landscape.

This architecture derives its identity from its relationship with the site, light, and the materials native to the surroundings.

White surfaces, natural stone, ceramics, and wood create a serene and timeless atmosphere, while terraces, patios, porches, and water features form a sequence of spaces designed to allow residents to enjoy the climate year-round.

This deeply Mediterranean way of living blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior and makes the landscape an essential part of the architecture.

The staggered layout of the home takes advantage of the topography to create varying levels of privacy and a carefully considered relationship with the views.

Each outdoor space is designed to be another room in the house, capable of adapting to different times of the day and year.
